How to book

The reservation is considered definitively confirmed only if it is accompanied by a deposit equal to 30 percent of the total amount of the stay. The deposit must be paid via bank transfer to the following account:

Banca di Credito Cooperativo (BCC) of Filottrano, made out to Palpacelli Cristina

Insert in the payment details name, surname and date of stay. We suggest sending a copy of the completed payment details via email to info@edenconero.it.

 

The final balance of the total amount must be paid on arrival (cash, Visa, Mastercard and debit cards accepted).

 

 

 

 

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, these are the procedures to receive a possible refund of your deposit:

– for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully reimbursed;

– for cancellations between 30 days and 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be reimbursed at 50 percent;

– for cancellations between 14 and 6 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded;

– for cancellations from 6 days prior to arrival until the day of arrival, and for early returns during the stay , the full amount of the booked holiday must be paid
